About the role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to assist a client living in Daylesford. This role involves both personal care and behavioural support, requiring someone who can work independently and respond confidently to a variety of situations.

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Help client with community access and transportation needs
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions
* Support with meal preparation and household tasks
* Develop and implement individualised care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
* Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Service
* Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
* NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one
* First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one
* Current Driver's License, own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance
