Job Title:
* This role is focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of our Jobs and Skills Centre, ensuring we meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.
* The successful candidate will build and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders within the community, fostering a collaborative environment that drives positive outcomes.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks in a timely manner. Your strong organizational skills will enable you to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and ensure seamless workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
* A minimum 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a similar industry;
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication skills;
