We act for local, national and international businesses and individuals, with a particular focus on the not‑for‑profit sector.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide range of property transactions
* Commercial and retail leasing
* Sales, mergers and acquisitions
* Property disputes
Qualifications
* A lawyer with experience in commercial and/or property law, though not essential
* Excellent drafting skills, strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, able to work well with others as well as independently
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high‑quality service to all clients
* Experience with Leap Legal Software desirable but not essential
* Right to live and work full‑time in Australia; satisfactory National Police Clearance required
Working Conditions
You will work autonomously under the supervision of senior lawyers. The firm offers flexible hours and work‑from‑home capabilities, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
