As an apprentice chef, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in commercial cookery.
Key Responsibilities
* Training under the guidance of highly skilled chefs in a dynamic kitchen environment
* Supporting production kitchens and developing skills across various culinary styles
* Working towards a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification through on-the-job training and mentorship
* Developing strong relationships with colleagues and learning from their experiences
Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and has a strong interest in developing a culinary career. While hospitality experience is advantageous, it's not essential for this role.
Work-Life Balance
As an apprentice chef, you will work Monday to Friday, 11-hour days, without weekends. This allows for a healthy work-life balance and plenty of time to pursue your interests outside of work.
