Ligna Construction is a Perth based family owned Landscaping Construction company servicing all of Western Australia. We provide landscaping services to builders and government clients throughout WA.
The position being offered is a fulltime Maintenance Leading Hand role with potential growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
* General garden maintenance (pruning, weeding, tree-tying)
* Operating and maintaining equipment
* Irrigation system testing and maintenance
* Maintaining clean, safe, and presentable sites
* Working across multiple commercial locations
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in mowing and garden maintenance
* Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with irrigation systems
* Experience in maintaining equipment
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to tow and reverse a trailer
Requirements to be considered for this role:
* Current driver's license - Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is preferred but not essential
* Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
* Current Police Check (National Police Certificate)
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
