The Role
Sell prescription pharmaceutical products to GPs and pharmacies, meeting call rate targets and other KPIs. Use your relationships and ability to identify & focus on key customers for maximum return.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with another representative on territory
* Work within a great team and supportive experienced manager
* Use data to drive your decision making and sales focus
* Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes by working closely with your key customers
* Be part of and leverage multichannel customer solutions / programs
* Achieve or exceed sales targets of allocated territory / product by appropriate field force planning and accurate targeting of customers on territory
* Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, using multichannel resources including F2F & virtual sales calls to engage targeted customers
About You
* High achiever, with a positive winning attitude
* Previous experience as a pharmaceutical representative is essential
* Tertiary qualifications in science, business or health essential
* Customer focused and results oriented
* A strategic mindset that is open to innovation and change
* Excellent people skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaborative team player who works well with a territory partner
