Continuous Improvement Specialist
One of Australia’s most recognisable retailers is reshaping its supply chain to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market.
With major investments in infrastructure, technology, and customer experience, they’re seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to help drive efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working.
In this role, you’ll be the catalyst for operational excellence across warehousing, transport, inventory, and systems.
Working closely with internal teams (IT, retail ops, merchandise) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, technology providers), you’ll identify opportunities, streamline processes, and embed best practice to support sustainable growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong supply chain knowledge, ideally from a DC or logistics environment
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and an understanding of how technology can improve operations
- A track record of delivering improvement projects and solving complex problems
- Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- Exposure to automation, process optimisation, or solution design will be highly regarded
You’ll also step into a leadership role, with responsibility for a direct report and visibility across projects that span multiple areas of the business.
