**Role Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2+ years' experience in Hospitality or Fast Food Retail
- Willing to travel and adapt to different roles and duties as they arise
- Strong time management skills
**Additional Requirements**:
- Current Driver's License
- At least two reference

- This position requires occasional travel between different stores when required.
- From time to time this position may be assigned additional tasks within skill level, competency and experience, to meet short-term needs.
- This position will be provided with relevant training at commencement, and ongoing training opportunities as the role progresses

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome customers as they enter the store
- Answer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared
- Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested
- Operate cash registers to process cash and credit card payments for orders
- Promote and upsell products
- Prepare and package food quickly and consistently for presentation
- Cook, prepare food and adhere to correct cooking times and food assembly
- Always adhere to current sanitation and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation that is clear of debris and discarded food, gloves, or other items
- Have the ability to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possible
- Proactively show attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and making records of information when necessary
- Must be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activities
- Physical dexterity, such as the ability to wrap, cut, and chop items.
