Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities
In this role, you will be supporting a significant and healthy portfolio consisting of beef and broad acre clients, with turnovers between $3M-$50M with strong potential for growth.
Based in Toowoomba, some days you may be working from our offices, a client-site or remotely. We encourage flexibility for you to meet client needs, and your goals inside and outside of work.
More Specifically, You Will
Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities

Comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors
