We've had an exciting opportunity open up in our Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia
This role is located in Sydney.
You'll enjoy a varied role, responsible for owning and further developing our Australian Legal function.
Responsibilities Own and further develop Sharesies' Australian Legal function.
Qualifications Has experience across a range of financial services, corporate, and governance matters in Australia.
Can deliver clear, risk-aware legal advice.
Is proactive, responsive, and able to operate with a high degree of independence and initiative.
Is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose.
