We’re looking for a driven Senior Electrical Technician (Supervisor) to lead a crew of dedicated technicians and apprentices, manage delivery and set the standard on complex electrical and data centre projects for global technology clients.
In this role, you will
Supervise and coordinate electrical works, including control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS), across data centre and technology projects.Lead site teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in live and high-density environments.Work closely with Project Managers and Operations to meet programme, safety and quality targets.nterpret scopes, specifications and drawings to plan and execute works effectively.Take ownership of site leadership, client engagement and day-to-day delivery performance.
About You
You hold a current NSW Electrical Licence. ACMA accreditation (Structured, Coaxial, Fibre Optics) is highly regarded.You bring proven experience delivering control cabling (ECMS, EMS and BMS).You are a confident, capable leader with clear and effective communication skills.You have a strong working knowledge of data cabling standards and best-practice installation methods.You demonstrate a safety-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.You thrive in fast-paced environments, solving problems and delivering under pressure.You are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve strong outcomes.
