About The Role
Full-time position with regular hours – 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
We seek a high-performing, energetic Procurement Officer to support our Procurement Department. The role involves sourcing products from local and overseas suppliers, with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.
Reporting to the Aftermarket Inventory Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
* Ordering and stock checks
* Inventory management
* Processing invoices and shipments, verifying costs
* Following up on outstanding orders
* Stock transfers and distribution
* Arranging shipping and documentation
* Managing purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
* Assisting sales staff and handling inquiries
* Daily email correspondence
* Using Pronto software
* Experience with spare parts
* Team collaboration
Required Skills and Experience
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Data analysis skills
* Excellent time management and prioritization
* Procurement experience and understanding of procurement practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* National Police Certificate (Police Check)
