About Your Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cadet Estimator to join our growing Sydney team. If you're passionate about construction and want to get hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, this is your chance to work alongside industry leaders, learn on the job, and build a strong foundation in estimating. Whether you're currently studying or a recent graduate, we’ll support your development with real project exposure, mentoring, and structured guidance.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Support the Estimating team with tenders and live project pricing
* Assist in reviewing and coordinating tender documents
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing
* Help with pricing analysis and cost planning
* Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality, accurate work
* Learn how to interpret drawings, identify scope, and build competitive estimates
What You’ll Bring To The Role
* Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
* A genuine interest in fit-out and refurbishment
* Good time management, attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
* A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
* Previous industry experience (even part-time or site-based) is great, but not essential
