We're looking for a Night Auditor to join our talented Front Office team at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport on a part-time basis.
**Your day to day**
As Night Auditor, you will be assisting the Night Manager with all overnight operations & Night Audit Procedures, including;
- Undertaking the night audit process & correctly posting all Hotel revenue for the day, accurately identifying discrepancies, and producing night audit reports thoroughly and accurately
- Assist with all aspects of Guests Services including check in and check outs and any guest requests
- Conduct hotel security walks to ensure the safety and security of our Guests
This role is ideal for someone whose lifestyle fits the working night schedule, enjoys working with numbers, and who wants to develop their leadership and technical capability within a supportive environment.
**What we need from you**
- Previous hotel experience in a Front Office environment is an advantage
- Experience with Opera PMS preferred
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card & First Aid certificate required
- Valid Australian Driver's license preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and be calm & professional
- Strong communications and relationship building skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer service
- Positive, reliable and flexible attitude
- Right to Legally work in Australia
