**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Hospital Receptionist/Administrative Officer at our esteemed hospital. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless operations within our facility.
**Responsibilities:
* Provide administration and clerical support, including management of the hospital switchboard
* Support quality communication across the facility
* Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as required

* Ability to work effectively in a high-volume work area
* Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
* Ability to remain composed in extreme/emergency circumstances
* Motivation, ability to take initiative within the bounds of a work role, and capacity to work with minimal direct supervision
