 
        
        **The Opportunity**: 
Robina Town Centre is a **leading Shopping Centre in Australia **, located in the heart of the inner west Gold Coast, with access off the M1 Motorway. A **Super Regional Centre **anchored by David Jones, Myer, three Discount Department Stores, three Supermarkets and an entertainment and leisure precinct, Robina Town Centre services a total trade area of approximately **643,000 residents.** 
As the General Manager of a super-regional centre with approx. **400 retailers and 150,000 GLA **, plus surrounding buildings including the Super Centre, APVC commercial building and another which is under construction, you will require strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to continue the strong foundation that is currently in place. 
There is also a significant Town Centre Master Planning Strategy underway where you will have a wealth of opportunity to utilise and demonstrate your skills.
**About The Role**: 
In this full-time role you will work with property teams and Head Office to establish current and future strategic directions and ensure delivery of financial, operational, and marketing goals and targets. You will lead, coach, inspire and motivate your team to continued success and ensure a culture which encourages innovation and continuous improvement thrives. Other duties will include:
- Accountability for ensuring 100% compliance with regulation 
- Manage the centre to the highest possible standards of presentation and risk management 
- Develop retailer relationships to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes 
- Positive centre administration and finance audit results 
- Strong financial returns and managing expenditures 
- Rental payments and debtor's control 
- Manage the marketing function to ensure outperformance of sales and traffic outcomes
**About You**: 
You have extensive experience as a Portfolio Manager and/or managing a Super Regional Centre and can demonstrate an exceptional leadership ability. You will also present with:
- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration or equivalent depending in jurisdiction 
- 5+ years' experience as Centre Manager of a regional shopping centre in Australia 
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the relevant Retail Leases legislation and other relevant legislation, including the federal Trade Practices Act 
- Strong numeracy and communication skills 
- PCA Diploma of Shopping Centre Management and/or Tertiary qualifications would be well regarded, but not essential
