About The Role
As an Educator at The Grove Academy, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, enriching, and safe environment for children to thrive. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to the implementation of exciting programs that inspire curiosity and learning.

- Supporting children’s growth through observation and documentation

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who embodies passion and enthusiasm. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Certificate III working towards or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing quality care and fostering children’s learning
- A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences
