We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain accurate staff information, including position descriptions and induction materials.
* Order IT equipment for new starters and onboard them on their first day.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences with clients and internal teams.
* Process invoices, create purchase orders, and manage office supplies.
* Collaborate with client-based teams to achieve business goals.
* Maintain an up-to-date staff database, including contact details, clearance certificates, and organizational charts.
* Compile monthly reports and KPI records for stakeholders.
* Proactively follow up on outstanding business issues and implement solutions.
* Develop process documents, management plans, and presentation materials.
* Ensure effective communication among staff, clients, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business computer systems.
* Australian citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
