The Chance
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of training professionals in the planning, coordination and facilitation of dealership development and training activities
Stay abreast of outside training opportunities for all dealership personnel and arrange for training as needed, including the use of current PACCAR materials where available
Conduct Training Needs Analysis of the dealership management, service, sales, and parts areas at PACCAR Dealerships, utilise information from Training Needs Analysis and dealer visits, driving recommendations for future training strategies
Direct the content design and implementation of all in-dealership training
Regularly updates training programs and materials to reflect product changes and continuous improvement
Expand dealership utilisation of electronic learning platforms such as webinar, eLearning, and blog
Monitor completion rates and report monthly user participation, to ensure dealerships are meeting pre-determined targets
Take on various special projects as required from time to time, relating to the improvement of dealership success, or personal development
What we like about you
University qualified, or automotive trade
Advanced mechanical and technical aptitude
Strong familiarity of automotive dealerships
Has worked in the training industry or automotive dealership for minimum of 5 years
Advanced knowledge of the training process and environment
An experienced leader, demonstrating success via a proven track record aligned with learning and development functions
Continually expanding skills and knowledge to be able to develop and deliver training materials and programs in a range of areas
Proven history with design, development, and delivery of training systems, including eLearning
A strong eye for detail
