Are you an early-career IT professional with a passion for infrastructure and technology? An industry-leading energy company is seeking a Support Analyst I to join their growing IT team. This role focuses on Tier 2 monitoring and support across enterprise infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware environments. ***Remote work with preference for candidates located near Charlotte, NC for onboarding/training and occasional onsite visits.***
***3rd shift role; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ***
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $20 - $27 / hr. w2
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and issue resolution for servers, storage, software, and batch job flows.
* Support enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.
* Assist in server reboots, monthly patching, and infrastructure-related support requests.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises.
* Promote standard processes and identify opportunities for automation.

* Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of relevant experience
* (or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience).
* Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix), Microsoft Office tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
* Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure
* Ability to analyze and document IT problems and solutions
* Remote work with preference for candidates located near Charlotte, NC for onboarding/training.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
