Salary & Benefits: What’s in It for You
* Base Salary : $110,000 – $120,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
* Commissions : Yes, you’ll earn leasing commissions – your efforts will be well rewarded.

Your Role: What You’ll Do
* Leasing & Business Development : Take charge of managing and leasing a growing portfolio of properties.
* Landlord & Tenant Management : Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term success for both parties.
* Business Growth : Identify and generate new business opportunities, driving growth and success for the business.
What We Need From You
* Experience : You have solid experience in BDM or Leasing, and you’re ready to step into a bigger, more rewarding role.
* Class 2 License : Required – this is essential for your success in the role.
* Skills & Drive : You’re results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a competitive environment.
* Strong Communication : Your ability to connect with clients and close deals is key to your success.
