Exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to drive quality and efficiency across enterprise‐scale data ingestion on the Strategic Data Platform (Ada)

In the role of Delivery Manager, you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed.
What You'll Do
* Working with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure data ingested into Ada meets requirements and quality standards to drive business outcomes
* Documenting and driving sign‐off across the Data Executive community to ensure enterprise datasets are ingested into Ada
* Collaborating with CIO Asset teams to ensure data sources are in a suitable state for ingestion into Ada
* Critically reviewing current delivery processes to ensure they are optimised for quality and efficiency
* Showcasing proposed process uplifts and designs to the Data Delivery Engineering community for feedback and implementation
Qualifications
* Detailed knowledge and experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
* Knowledge of process analysis and modelling techniques
* Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and management skills
* Proven delivery experience
* Strong influencing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Project experience across different business or enabling units
* Financial services industry experience
