Overview
Working alongside our General Manager and National Facilities Manager, the Key Account Facilities Coordinator will support our client and service provider networks in WA, while maintaining and improving operational processes within our wider team.

About you
You will be a process-driven professional who thrives in planning and perseverance. Experience in the facilities services industry is preferred; trade experience is advantageous. You will have strong communication skills and experience in providing hard & soft facilities services with an understanding of WHS processes. A high level of customer service experience is highly valued.

Construction and Building services, Cleaning Operations or Facilities services experience, with experience managing contracts within the Facilities Management industry is highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing regular client reports.

A resilient personality with a positive attitude.
A definite team player and motivated self-starter.
Computer literacy with CRM & FMS/CMMS experience.
Duties and responsibilities
The role forms part of our JKFM Team based at Milton. It is a B2B-focused position and carries responsibility for key accounts contract management by implementing JKFM's customer service and operational strategies.
Under the National Facilities Manager's guidance, contribute to tenders for new services by preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with new clients.
Continuously review existing client contracts to identify service improvements and develop strategies, program of works, and new services to achieve improvements.
Prepare and negotiate variations to existing contracts to achieve service improvements, scope and frequency variations requested by clients, and adding sites to a client's portfolio.
Contractor management, ensure compliance and WHS processes are followed, and all related paperwork is in place; issue and manage Work Orders; ensure full contractor and service accountability is maintained by service report completion and submission in line with contracted KPIs.
Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and client stakeholders on contracted services progress, milestones, non-conformances/deficiencies and corrective actions, and financial reporting including budget adherence and upcoming unbudgeted spending.
