As a Front Desk Professional, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional reception services in person, over the phone, and online. Your role will involve managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude.

* Presenting Our Property: Maintain the presentation of the front desk and reception area to high standards, ensuring it reflects positively on our property.
* Promoting Our Services: Promote our hotel's services and local knowledge to enhance guest experiences and increase customer satisfaction.
* Liaising with Colleagues: Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational continuity and effective communication.
* Solving Issues: Support urgent housekeeping or guest room matters as needed to uphold service standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Handling Feedback: Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach, ensuring that all complaints are resolved satisfactorily.
* Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate financial and guest records in line with our company policies.
