**Residential Plumbing Project Leader Wanted**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced project leader to oversee high-end residential new build projects in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of plumbers, coordinating with builders and clients, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong experience in new builds, wants leadership responsibility, and is well-organized and proactive. You will be working on high-end residential construction projects, managing site workflow, materials, and job scheduling. Your responsibilities will include leading plumbing installations, overseeing rough-in, stack work, fit-off, drainage, gas, and hot water systems, supervising apprentices and tradesmen, liaising with builders and project managers, and ensuring all work meets Australian Standards and WHS guidelines.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Cert III Plumbing + current plumbing licence
* Strong experience in residential construction (high-end preferred)
* Leadership experience (formal or informal)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and think ahead
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
* A high standard of workmanship
* Driver's licence + own hand tools
