We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our team providing in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants. This role is in-person and requires someone who is compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting people to live independently and engage in their local community.
Responsibilities
 * Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
 * Support with household duties such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
 * Assist participants to access community, social, and recreational activities
 * Follow participant care plans and ensure safe, person-centred support
 * Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and shift documentation
 * Work collaboratively with participants, families, and coordinators
Requirements
 * NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
 * Working With Children Check (WWCC)
 * National Police Check
 * Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
 * NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
 * Current driver's licence (not learner)
 * Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for transporting participants
 * Must live locally or within a reasonable travel distance
Pay Rates
 * Base Rate: $35.15 per hour
 * Saturday: $49.21 per hour
 * Sunday: $63.27 per hour
 * Afternoon Shift (Mon–Fri, after 8pm to midnight): $38.67 per hour
 * Active Night Shift (Mon–Fri, midnight to 6am): $39.37 per hour
 * Inactive Night Shift (10pm–6am): $120 lump sum per shift
 * Public Holiday: $77.33 per hour
Hours
Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Approx. 10–20 hours per week depending on participant needs.
