**About the Assignment**

The primary objective of this position is to coordinate the day-to-day personnel logistics and aviation services required to support the Company's Operations and Development projects. This includes assisting all internal business stakeholders with aviation and travel related requirements to arrange compliant aviation solutions.
**Tasks include**:
- Coordinate end-to-end travel and personnel logistics, including both fixed-wing and rotary-wing movements (may require out of hours contact).
- Coordinate aviation assurance activities
- Coordinate tracking and closure of audit findings and Client Occurrence Reports.
- Monitor Aviation Service Providers to ensure appropriate compliance, safety, and performance.
- Coordinate annual review of all aviation documents and maintain document control for all aviation records.
- Coordinate annual aviation reporting for rotary and fixed wing movements.
- Provide KPI reporting on aviation operations and sets actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate monthly aviation operations meetings with Aviation Service Providers.
- Engagement with stakeholders for all aviation requirements including 28 / 120 day plans and scheduling of aviation assets to support.
- Maintain accurate cost control of all aviation services.
- Provides operational support on the Santos travel management system.
- Supports major projects and development with aviation planning.
- Compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS).
- Compliance with the Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Compliance with the Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements
**This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.**
**Location for this assignment is Perth, working full-time office hours.**
**About You**
- Experience with aviation and travel requirements in the offshore Oil and Gas sector.
- Technical knowledge of aviation services (Rotary and Fixed Wing).
- Experience in aviation operations (Rotary and Fixed Wing) and transportation legislation.
- Technical knowledge of Travel bookings systems (eg VPOB / TABS / DaWinci).
- Experience with travel booking processes and systems.
- Well-developed understanding of supply chain requirements for offshore helicopter support.

**Qualifications**
Essential qualifications required for this position are:
- Completion of High School Education
- TBOSIET, including CA-EBS
Desired qualifications for this position are:
- Formal aviation qualification (desirable)
- HLO (desirable)
- Training and Assessment qualifications (desirable)
