About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our pre-sales team as a Solutions Engineer.
This is a customer-facing position that requires technical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience in data technologies and cloud platforms, and help craft compelling solutions that showcase product capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist senior solution engineers in identifying customer requirements and translating them into tailored data solutions
* Support in preparing technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
* Help answer technical questions during pre-sales meetings and RFIs/RFPs
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and offerings
* Document customer use cases, solution architectures, and technical proposals
* Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) with account managers and senior engineers
* Participate in workshops and discovery sessions with customers to understand business goals
* Continuously learn new data technologies, analytics tools, and solution selling best practices
