Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our trade, broadcasting, and other services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Responsibilities
* Authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments as needed
* Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong ability to work under pressure. They should be organized, a team player, and possess initiative.
A bachelor's degree is required, and 5+ years of experience in a leadership role are preferred. The CEO will oversee 11-15 people, including staff in various areas of responsibility and contractors.
They will be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
Additional responsibilities include selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority, and creating optimum working conditions. The CEO will also ensure that the organization meets its objectives and goals while maintaining a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
