Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
As a Field Service Technician, your primary duties will include:
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
* Procuring spare parts through our Parts Portal system.
* Utilizing the Linde Service App to receive job assignments and log relevant information.
* Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Maintaining inventory levels and toolsets within the service van.
* Collaborating with allocators to confirm daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Assisting in workshop repairs and supporting other service technicians.
* Participating in after-hours on-call service rotations.
* Servicing and repairing various forklift models.
To be successful in this role, you will require a mechanical background, preferably in forklifts, heavy equipment, or automotive. You should enjoy servicing and maintenance work and be willing to go above and beyond to become a valued member of our team.
