About the Role
As an audiologist at Audika, you will work independently to provide comprehensive hearing services to various clients. This includes conducting thorough assessments, prescribing and fitting hearing aids, and consulting with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities
* Conducting adult hearing services tailored to diverse client groups including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
* Performing precise and insightful hearing assessments to ensure accurate diagnostics.
* Prescribing and skillfully fitting hearing aids personalized to individual needs.
* Participating in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote our top-tier hearing services.
Requirements for Success
* Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist: Bringing expertise in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products.
* Qualified Professional (QP) with Membership: Holding a QP qualification and maintaining active membership with a recognized audiological peak body.
* Dedication to growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge, contributing to our mission.
* Proven Commercial Acumen: Showcasing commercial awareness with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
* Empathetic Communicator: Leverage strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to foster meaningful connections with valued customers.
