About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join a rapidly growing EdTech organisation. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between sales and technology, working closely with schools to understand their needs, deliver product demonstrations, and provide expert consultation to help secure new business. Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the sales team to support the full pre-sales process, from discovery through to deal closure.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to schools and education providers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into tailored technical solutions.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the K-12 education sector.
* Provide consultative guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
* Collaborate internally to ensure solutions promised during pre-sales can be delivered successfully.
Skills and Experience
* 2–3 years' experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting role.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of software solutions and a passion for technology.
* Consultative approach, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Hyper-curious and eager to learn, grow, and develop within a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven sales culture.
Nice to Haves
* Background in EdTech or experience working with K-12 schools.
* Previous experience in education (e.g., worked in or sold into schools).
* Ability to bring fresh perspectives on how software can improve education outcomes.
* Exposure to school management or tuition platforms.
