Overview
A creative, fun, and collaborative Graphic Designer, this role brings Dabble's brand to life by implementing the visual strategy and shaping how the brand shows up across every channel.
Unlike many in-house design positions, this role offers true creative scope the opportunity to explore, experiment, and influence brand direction while working within a team that values fresh thinking. At this exciting growth stage, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in accelerating the communications plan and scaling Dabble's reach.
Success is defined by the magic created; designs that are visually striking, highly shareable, and that connect deeply with customers. Visual design is at the heart of building the big, playful brand that Dabble customers know and love.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.
Responsibilities
Bring Dabble's brand to life through creative campaigns and content across digital and social channels
Work closely with Marketing and Content teams to concept and produce ideas that connect with our community
Design and deliver a wide range of assets, from social graphics to campaign visuals, live event materials, and in-app content
Contribute to the evolution of Dabble's visual identity by maintaining brand consistency while exploring fresh, bold creative directions
Stay curious and experiment with new formats, trends, and tools to keep Dabble's design output distinctive and ahead of the curve

Skills & Qualifications
A creative mindset that aligns with Dabble's commitment to staying fresh, fun, and evolutionary.
Experience in a creative studio, advertising agency, or in-house design role within the wagering, entertainment, or retail industries.
Strong knowledge of contemporary design trends and best practices, with a passion for turning content plans into bold creative ideas.
Proven experience creating artwork and delivering assets for both digital and print.
Excellent attention to detail with strong typography skills.
Strong data management capabilities - storing, cataloguing, and sharing files efficiently across teams.
Proficiency with Figma (essential), plus strong skills in illustration and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
Bonus: motion/animated graphics, HTML5, and creating digital animations (GIFs, video, in-app assets).

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $75,000 -$90,000 + Super + Benefits
