About You
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in customer service or call centres, strong communication skills, and familiarity with data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are also essential. Previous payroll experience or knowledge of the Chris21 system is desirable but not essential.
You will need to be able to quickly learn new software and adapt in a busy environment, demonstrating proven attention to detail and accuracy, especially in high-volume workload scenarios. Strong organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities are also required. Demonstrated reliability and professionalism are highly valued.
