Senior Business Development Manager | 3PL Logistics
Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain company with an extensive network spanning Australia and key international markets. With a comprehensive suite of services including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, 3PL warehousing, and supply chain management, they are a trusted partner to some of Australia's most recognised brands.
This opportunity is well suited to a senior, autonomous sales professional based in Brisbane. The role is responsible for driving new business growth across a full logistics offering on a national scale. You'll be hunting new opportunities independently, building a pipeline from the ground up and positioning our client as the supply chain partner of choice across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities nationally across freight forwarding, 3PL, customs brokerage, and supply chain services.
* Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan with the autonomy to own your market and approach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
* Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing, and solutions aligned to client supply chain needs.
* Collaborate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B business development within freight, logistics, or supply chain.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell complex, consultative solutions to C-suite and senior procurement stakeholders.
* A true self-starter who thrives working independently and takes full ownership of their results.
* An established national network within the logistics or supply chain space is highly regarded.
