Clinical Care Coordinator (Unit Manager)

The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership to ensure residents receive safe and effective care interventions.
* Developing and implementing care plans that reflect individual needs and preferences.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
* Managing staffing levels, rosters, and resources to meet the needs of the unit.
* Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse or relevant qualification
* Experience in aged care management or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
