About The Role
As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of bar and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, compliance with liquor licensing, and smooth delivery of functions and events. You'll lead a team of bar and wait staff, manage stock and suppliers, and take a lead role overseeing weekend operations of the Facility.
Duties
* Lead, train, and supervise bar and beverage staff
* Ensure smooth bar operations during public trade, functions, and events
* Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing regulations
* Coordinate drink menus, promotions, and themed events
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
* Oversee weekend facility operations and support event delivery
* Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and labour costs
Who We Are Looking For
* RSA and Approved Bar Manager Certificates (Essential)
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Desirable)
* Proven experience in a licensed venue management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of WA liquor laws and workplace safety
* POS and stock management expertise
* Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance
