This is a full-time position requiring 5 days a week from the office. The role involves providing on-site support to customers and building supervisors throughout the building period and beyond into the 6-year maintenance period.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide On-Site Support: Assist customers and building supervisors throughout the building period and beyond into the 6-year maintenance period.
* Authority to Commence Notifications: Advise customers of expected site cut dates.
* Support Internal Staff: Provide ongoing support to internal staff regarding on-site construction matters that may affect pre-site actions.
* Raise Variations: Upon approval, raise relevant variations for customers and file them with relevant schedulers/estimators for execution.
* Handover Procedures: Advise customers of official handover dates and times, outlining administration procedures to ensure a smooth process.
* Handover Kits: Oversee the preparation of handover kits and oversee scanning of signed handover documents.
* Client Folders: Archive handed-over client folders to a secure drive once all final certificates are received.
* Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and log new and ongoing maintenance issues in the maintenance register.
* On-Going Support: Provide ongoing support to the maintenance supervisor/manager to ensure timely completion of outstanding maintenance items.
* Maintenance Checklists: Manage on-going 6-month maintenance checklist emails.
* Weekly Updates: Update or supervise the Receptionist to complete weekly updates on the On-Site Workflow excel spreadsheet.
* Reception Support: Provide ongoing support answering the reception phone during the day, lunch periods, and leave absences.
* Site Documentation: Produce WPH & S documentation to site supervisors prior to site start.
* Uniform Arrangements: Arrange site supervisor uniforms as required.
* Construction Meetings: Arrange construction meetings as required and attend to take minutes.
* Duties Allocation: Oversee all duties being undertaken by the Receptionist, including key register updates, handover kit preparation, and storage of keys/garage remotes/termite information.
About You
You will be a Customer Service Advisor experienced in Construction, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
