Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Analyst for a long-term contract with one of our Federal Govt Client.
Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years experience in FICO, HR, SRM, BI and Interface testing would be advantageous.
* Demonstrated analytical skills of a high order in SAP ERP, SAP Fiori and BW environments.
* Experience in delivering testing services in government or large- scale organisations.
* The ability to use and administer ALM Toolset of Quality Centre.
* Experience with implementing software testing best practices and providing recommendations to establish a robust set of work practices and procedures.
* A recognised tertiary degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Commerce.
* ISTQB Foundation Testing certification or 5 years’ experience as a SAP Tester.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholders and contexts.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ensuring meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality, in a fast-paced changing environment.
* Automation experience for test scripts and data creation.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a Test Manager role, including managing test planning, execution, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Worked as a Senior SAP Tester on projects and BAU work, with experience undertaking IT application testing, including integration and system testing, ensuring that task performance is within time and budgetary constraints.
* Have experience in all aspects of the software testing lifecycle, such as test plans, test estimates, comprehensive test cases, complex test data, execution and test reports, based on the analysis of system documentation.
* Provide input to or work with Team Leads and Managers to develop cost estimates for testing activities.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic team, delivering strategically aligned technology solutions to business priorities, aligning with shared services delivery outcomes.
* The ability to guide and advise on change management in relation to testing matters.
* Conduct peer reviews with other members of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality of work.
* Provide status reports on activities and tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
* Ability to co-ordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

* Contract length 12 months with 2 x 12 Months potential extensions
