About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This includes planning and implementing engaging activities, building strong relationships with children and their families, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
* Bachelor/Master of Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Mentorship and coaching of educators to support professional growth and development
* Contribute to self-assessment and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Australian work rights required
* Certificate III qualified educators with a willingness to study Diploma
* Diploma qualified educators
* Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – full-time position available
* Current Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification
* Ability to lead engaging programs indoors and outdoors
