Your new role As Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative, reporting, and coordination support for key sustainability initiatives including emissions baselining, offsets, and Net Zero planning. Your work will directly contribute to: Collecting and analysing FY25 emissions data across all scopes Developing robust processes for ongoing emissions reporting Coordinating procurement and governance requirements Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to identify emissions reduction opportunities Preparing reports and presentations for Annual Reports, ESG disclosures, and executive approvals What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, or equivalent Sustainability Expertise: Demonstrated experience in emissions reporting, carbon offsets, and Net Zero strategy development Project Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity Project Management Knowledge: Strong grasp of lifecycles, frameworks, and governance processes Administrative & Reporting: Skilled in documentation, financial tracking, procurement, and asset management Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess risks, solve problems, and juggle competing priorities Communication & Engagement: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in stakeholder engagement Collaboration & Initiative: Comfortable working independently and within teams in a dynamic environment What you'll get in return Be a part of this amazing team, where you will receive the opportunity to work for an established government authority that values work-life balance and offers flexible work arrangements to suit employee and business needs, as well as other great benefits.
