What You'll Be Doing
As a Parts & Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
* Manage inventory accuracy by overseeing whole goods stock control and conducting regular stocktakes.
* Coordinate logistics for receiving, storing, and dispatching parts and whole goods in line with company procedures.
* Interpret parts catalogues (OEM and aftermarket) to ensure correct selection and compatibility for customer and workshop needs.
* Source and supply parts promptly to support technicians, customers, and service teams.
* Maintain supplier relationships by confirming availability, lead times, and manage warranty returns and core exchanges.
* Lead warehouse operations including layout optimisation, cycle counts, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners.
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills to manage inventory and resolve discrepancies quickly.
* Proven experience in parts interpretation and inventory systems (e.g., CDK or similar).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in stock control, documentation, and order processing.
* Adaptability and proactive approach to handle changing priorities and operational needs.
* Safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow.
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results.
* Holds relevant certifications or qualifications.
