**Job Title: Christmas Casual Boilermaker**

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Christmas Casual Boilermakers to join our team based in Stapylton. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the steel fabrication industry during the holiday season, with no work required on the 25th, 26th December, or 1st January. There is also the possibility of continued employment with us after the Christmas period.
**Responsibilities**:
- Read drawings and production schedules to determine job instructions and specifications.
- Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the steel fabrication trade.
- Perform physical laboring tasks associated with welding and fabricating work such as lifting and adjusting heavy objects and cleaning up work site.
- Safe and effective operation and maintenance of assigned tools, plant and equipment associated with the job using required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Other duties as directed.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Cert III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaker position)
- Driver's License and White Card.
- Strong communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Forklift or EWP licenses.
**Hours**:
- Generally 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday - Thursday with a half hour lunch break
- Early finish on a Friday 6:00am to 12:00pm with no lunch break
- Overtime as available
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
