Your next career opportunity
As the Development Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating strategic projects that strengthen the University's philanthropic pipelines and enhance early-stage donor engagement.
You will work closely with colleagues across Advancement to align initiatives, streamline donor journeys, share insights and embed best practice across programs. This is a role for someone who enjoys coordinating complex workstreams, synthesising and communicating data, and enabling teams to deliver high‐quality, insight‐driven programs.
You will gain exposure to data‐driven decision‐making, governance forums and continuous improvement in a sophisticated fundraising environment.
What you will deliver:
* Coordinate development and delivery of multi‐year projects and business improvement initiatives, ensuring project milestones, dependencies and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
* Support design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen donor lifecycle progression, including acquisition, retention and pipeline development.
* Use donor and pipeline data to produce insights, dashboards and reports that inform segmentation, prioritisation and program refinement.
* Prepare clear accessible reports, briefings and presentations for governance forums and senior leaders.
* Facilitate effective cross‐team collaboration, maintaining project documentation and planning tools that enable transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
You may be a great fit if:
* Have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience coordinating multi‐stream projects or initiatives in complex environments.
* Bring strong analytical and problem solving skills, and enjoy translating data into practical program or process improvements.
* Have experience supporting customer or donor acquisition, engagement, retention or value growth, ideally within fundraising or relationship‐focused settings.
* Thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders across teams and professional disciplines.
* Are confident using CRM and project management tools to track activity, manage pipelines and generate performance reporting.
