Aveo is a leading provider of retirement living solutions, dedicated to helping seniors live their best lives. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the training programs that empower our team members to deliver exceptional care and service.
Reporting directly to the GM – Talent, Development & Engagement, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
* Create engaging and effective e-learning content that enhances team members' understanding of the business and their role.
* Manage the learning system, ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually.
* Support onboarding and induction processes to set up new employees for success.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role. You will also have experience administering and creating reports using Learning Management Systems, as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 suite.
