Vehicle Technician role at Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter. Join our team in Exeter to diagnose, repair and service our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and investigative work to accurately identify and resolve faults.
Carry out servicing to the high standards set by Volkswagen.
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify non-routine defects.
Complete Electronic and Video Vehicle Health Checks.
Road test vehicles to verify diagnoses and confirm successful repairs.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers about all work performed.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise through continuous professional development.
About you
Proven track record, ideally within a franchise dealer environment.
Relevant Level 3 qualification and a strong focus on delivering excellent service.
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Full, valid driving licence is required.
