As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will support leading the new car sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service is achieved while reaching individual and team KPIs. This role is a perfect opportunity if you're driven to achieve results and if you thrive on building strong customer connections.
For the New Vehicle Sales Consultant role, you do not need New Vehicle Sales experience, although Sales or Customer Relations experience definitely helps You just need the right attitude and attributes, the rest we will teach
Responsibilities
* Assist in leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborate with our management team to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
* Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure a smooth sales process from enquiry to delivery.
* Attend and contribute to sales meetings, manufacturer's promotions, external displays/shows.
* Contribute to the training and development of our sales staff.
* Perform all facets of selling new cars.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers & stakeholders.
* Introduce customers to our finance & insurance providers.
Qualifications
* To be successful in this role you must have:
* Proven experience in automotive sales.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a knack for negotiation.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Leadership and team management capabilities.
* A valid driver's license.
