The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-achieving Project Systems Administrator to join our site team at Cadia Valley Mine.
You're a proactive, detail-driven administrator who thrives on creating order, driving efficiency and making things run seamlessly. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our project team and strengthening our operational foundations across the project.
Working closely with multiple departments, you'll take ownership of document control – setting up and maintaining clear folder structures, keeping SharePoint organised, and ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and consistently maintained. Your meticulous approach and passion for structure will be key to keeping information accessible and processes running smoothly.
Beyond document control, you'll provide administrative support to the wider team, confidently juggling priorities through strong time management and well-honed administrative skills. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, bringing a solutions-focused mindset and a continuous improvement approach to everything you do.
As an employer we pride ourselves on our positive culture and encourage applications from a diverse range of candidates. You may be an administration expert returning from taking some time out after having children or be in an existing role looking for a position that better suits your lifestyle.
Regardless of circumstances, this is a fantastic opportunity for those who have excelled in the past and are looking for a role with an award-winning company, with increased flexibility and purpose.
