We're seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead and coordinate our early project phases, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the pre-construction process including planning, estimating, programming and client liaison
* Coordination with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
* Collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation
* Management of documentation and approvals to ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
* Risk management in the early stages of the project
About You:
* Proven experience in a pre-construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build
* Strong understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management
* Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
