About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the commercial cleaning industry. You will be responsible for regional growth and performance of V.I.P. Commercial Cleaning, reporting to the National General Manager and working alongside our regional and National Operations Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow V.I.P. Commercial Cleaning by quoting and winning new client work.
* Manage ongoing client relationships and facilitate the sales process.
* Prospecting for new opportunities to promote and win new clients.
* Prepare tenders, quotes, and proposals aligned with V.I.P.'s service offering.
* Negotiate commercial scope and terms, mitigating blockers to sales.
* Onboard and hand over new clients to the operations team
* Provide sales reporting and identify new service opportunities.
* Upsell and cross‐sell all services offered by V.I.P.
* Identify and convert one‐off and periodic cleaning opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in franchising or commercial cleaning.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
* Ability to deliver on high-level sales strategies and manage multiple priorities.
* Self‐starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
* High level of motivation and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
